Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Information:

We are currently shipping to European Union. The shipping is provided by Printing company Printful. 

If your shipment in FINLAND shows pick up, check your OmaPosti for information. You will receive pick up information by letter if they can't deliver it to you, but it may take some days for them to deliver the letter. Fastest way to know where your parcel is going is to use OmaPosti in the website or mobile app.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs will be automatically calculated during the checkout process based on the destination country, the total weight of your order and the products that you order. Once you proceed to the checkout, you will be able to view the shipping options available and the corresponding costs associated with each option.

Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country's customs department are the responsibility of the customer. We do not have control over these charges and recommend checking with your local customs office for further details.

Delivery Times:

The estimated delivery times vary depending on the product, destination country and the selected shipping method. You will see the estimation when ordering your items. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. 

Your products might be shipped in separate packages, so the delivery time for different items can vary. We have selected products based on quality and some of these items are shipped from the US. That's why the delivery times might vary from 4 days to 28 days depending of the product. Thankyou for understanding. We poromise it will be worth the wait.<3

Please keep in mind that international shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance processes, local holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. While we strive to provide accurate estimates, actual delivery times may be subject to these external factors.

Returns:

HerEmpowr. will take full responsibility handling the refunds, returns and reshipments.

Because everything is made specially for you, there are no refunds or returns/exchanges for items unless they are damaged. Just email us photos and the package slip to herempowr@gmail.com and we will gladly replace or refund your order.

We gladly will reship something if it has been lost in the mail, your address is correct, the tracking isn’t marked delivered and you let us know within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date. 

Please make sure to double check the size guide before ordering to make sure your apparel fits perfectly.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

1. It will take 1-3 days from us to process your return request.

2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, there is a no return/refund policy unless a mistake is made on our behalf (wrong size sent, damaged item, etc).

If your product is not as described or you receive the wrong product request a return and we will get back to you in 1-3 days. If we accept the exchange we will send you the product again.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at herempowr@gmail.com.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and with tags. Unless the product is returned for the sake of damage the delivery costs for the return will be paid by customer. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Payment Service Provider
 
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.
